I had a tear in my wetsuit which I purchased in September last year. After speaking on the phone to one of the staff I was told to bring in my wetsuit so they could take a look. In store I spoke with Chris, he gave me great customer service - everything got sorted within a week and he kept communication open with me throughout the process. Will definitely be purchasing from this store again.
